Born and raised in Dubai, first and foremost an avid foodie, evolving with UAE's food scene through these last 3 decades.
I made the switch from Clinical psych to culinary after training at Le Cordon Bleu and several stints in (fortunately) some of the best pastry kitchens in the world; including William Curley chocolatier, Gordon Ramsay and several 5 star hotels. There was really no looking back - I founded Mélange, a cakeshop that took Dubai by storm featured in the likes of CNN & Euronews with several pop ups in Bloomingdales Dubai Mall and Zaha Hadid's Melia Hotel.
I'm truly extremely passionate about the ability to story tell - through cakes, through images, through food, through travel & through brands.
